Complaints Procedure

Last updated: 7 October 2026

How to raise a concern and what to expect from PayRivo.

1. Raise a complaint

Please email support@payrivo.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. Include your name, company, contact details, a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data by ordinary email.

2. Our response

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 3 business days and provide a written response within 10 business days. If we need longer, we will explain why and give a revised date.

3. Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, reply to the response and request an escalation. Data-protection concerns may also be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

These documents provide general information about PayRivo’s service and data handling. They are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before reliance for a regulated activity, bespoke enterprise agreement or a material change in service.
