Rules that keep PayRivo safe and reliable for everyone.
1. Use PayRivo lawfully
Use PayRivo only for legitimate payroll, people, document, holiday, rota and related business purposes. You must comply with applicable law and ensure that you have the authority to submit any information you add.
2. Do not misuse the service
Do not probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission; circumvent access controls; upload malware; scrape or overload the service; impersonate another person; or use PayRivo to send unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content.
3. Protect employee data
Only give access to authorised people. Do not share passwords, use another person’s account or disclose employee data except where you have a lawful basis and need to do so.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts or reporting unlawful activity where appropriate.
